Potato Hill is comprised of three houses: One Potato, Two Potato and New Potato, each with its own exceptional water views. The lush grounds, almost 2 acres in size, offer plenty of privacy. Potato Hill has always been a place of joy and respite for our family and we are delighted to share it.

The Space
The beauty and serenity of Potato Hill is hard to put into words. The three houses are connected by sand paths interwoven through the lush landscaping making you feel as if you are on your on private island. The main house is perched above the beach with remarkable views of the pristine white sand beach and crystal blue water. It is light and airy with high ceilings and french doors across the front of the house. We have hosted large groups of friends and families over the years and the property is well-suited to it. There are several dining options both inside and out. The large covered back and front porches have ample seating. The side deck has bench seating and chaise lounge chairs for sunbathing. The guest house Old Potato is from the 1950s and in the traditional Bahamian style. Bahamas shutters are on all sides and the house can be opened to enjoy the breezes off the harbor. It has a lovely front porch with seating and dining overlooking the harbor. The newer "snore box" New Potato is a one bedroom suite with adjoining bath and outdoor shower. It too has views of the harbor from the front porch.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all three houses, the dock and beach, the shed with a chest freezer and whole house generator and the boat shed where tools, fishing equipment and water toys are stored.

Other things to note
Potato Hill is equipped with a whole house generator set to come on automatically in the event of a power outage. Recent upgrades include new refrigerators in the main house and guest house and a new dishwasher in the guest house. The ping pong table has been replaced and outdoor dining on the lower level has been added. Chaise loungers have also been added on the deck of the main house. The TVs have all been replaced and the Wi-Fi has been upgraded. Additionally, there are new steps to the beach. We are constantly updating and making changes to the property to provide an excellent experience for our guests.
